Responsibilities

Handle international customer queries via call or chat professionally.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
Maintain customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines.
Document interactions and update systems accordingly.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of International Voice/Chat Process experience is mandatory.
B2C experience is mandatory.
Excellent English communication skills.
