Job Description

As a Student Counselor, you will be responsible for driving enrolment for XXX and products across different streams like JEE, NEET, and classes 6 to 10. You will also need to develop a deep understanding of our products and effectively communicate their value proposition to our audience.

Responsibilities

Drive enrolment for XXX and products across different streams
Develop a deep understanding of our products
Represent XX in offline centres
Ensure targets for enrolments are met
Actively plan and participate in field activities to generate leads
Share feedback with leadership regularly
Maintain Database and records of prospects

Qualifications

Proven experience in Counseling/sales for the 6 to 10/JEE/NEET category
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Thorough understanding of Sales and negotiating techniques
Self-motivated with a result-driven approach
Minimum of graduation degree from any recognized universities
