Responsibilities

Manage onboarding journey for startups, mentors, and participants.
Coordinate form submissions and approvals.
Communicate onboarding steps clearly.
Track metrics and maintain databases.
Identify and fix friction points.
Assist during events.

Qualifications

1-3 years of client onboarding experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable with Google tools.
