Job Description

Join our team as an Academic Mentor to guide and support students in grades 3 to 10 on their academic journey. This role involves providing personalized attention, tracking student performance, and maintaining regular communication with parents and faculty.

Responsibilities

Guide and support students through daily sessions and 1:1 mentoring.
Track attendance, homework, and test performance.
Communicate regularly with students and parents via calls and WhatsApp.
Conduct monthly PTMs and maintain student academic records.
Collaborate with faculty for student feedback and issue resolution.
Monitor and report student progress with root cause analysis for low performers.

Qualifications

Graduate (B.Ed preferred) with 1?3 years of teaching/mentoring experience.
Strong communication and organization skills.
Comfortable using digital tools for teaching and reporting.
