Job Description

Supports the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs, including base pay administration, long and short term incentive plans, sales incentive plans, job structure framework, salary ranges, compensation benchmarking and analysis relating to pay equity.

Responsibilities

Provide support for the assessment, design, and administration of compensation and rewards programs globally.
Conduct job evaluations and market pricing using salary surveys and benchmarking tools.
Support the annual compensation review process, including merit increases, bonus planning, and equity awards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in compensation analysis or related field.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
