Manage end-to-end customer renewal processes for assigned pipelines.

Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve renewal-related issues.
Identify potential churn risks and act swiftly to mitigate them.
Maintain accurate renewal data in SFDC and track performance metrics.
Identify and route upsell/cross-sell opportunities to the appropriate teams.
