Responsibilities

Coach students to discover career pathways and set goals
Mentor in skills, leadership, and personal branding
Run 1:1 virtual coaching sessions
Work with parents and students for holistic growth

Qualifications

Experience in career coaching high-school students
Strong communication and ability to connect with teenagers
Exposure to US education systems is a plus
Flexibility to work in US timings
US education/work experience preferred
