Job Description

Tech Mahindra is looking for an IT Application Packager to join their team in Bangalore. The role involves packaging software for Windows platform and providing support for incident and problem tickets.

Responsibilities

Building new packages for Windows platform.
Refreshing existing packages or applications.
Assisting in educating application owners about standard request system.
Submitting package requests for Common Off the Shelf software.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of IT experience in Application Packaging.
Proven experience as a Software Application Packager.
Strong knowledge of application packaging tools and techniques.
Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell, VBScript, or Batch.
