Job Description

Join our team as an International Customer Service Rep and help customers with their inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Handle international customer calls to provide exceptional service.
  • Resolve customer queries related to products/services in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
  • Meet performance targets set by the organization.

Qualifications

  • Above 6 Months of International Voice Experience.
  • No Freshers or Domestic experience.
