NGN Learning is a USA-based Preventive Mental Health Care Platform for Children and Teens, committed to empowering schools with a comprehensive, evidence-based, and inclusive model for emotional well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and design engaging curriculum materials aligned with early childhood learning outcomes.
  • Integrate play-based, inquiry-based, and experiential learning approaches.
  • Collaborate with academic and design teams to create teacher manuals, assessments, and classroom aids.
  • Conduct teacher training sessions and provide academic support as needed.
  • Continuously review and update content based on feedback and new pedagogical trends.

Qualifications

  • B.Ed. or M.Ed. (Early Childhood Education preferred).
  • Hands-on teaching or training experience in Early Years (minimum 3 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of child development and early learning methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with a team.
