Job Description

Seeking an experienced SME in payments and cards to provide domain expertise, ensure compliance with regulations, and support digital transformation initiatives in the banking sector.

Responsibilities

Map current state architecture and design target state for payments and cards platforms
Conduct domain decomposition and workshops for platform features and future roadmap
Prepare product assessments, build vs buy decisions, and cost-benefit analyses
Coordinate with enterprise architects to drive modernization roadmaps

Qualifications

10+ years experience in payments and cards
Deep knowledge of CBO regulations and digital payments infrastructure
Consulting background in payments infrastructure modernization
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
