Job Description

Tech Mahindra is looking for a BigFix Admin in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with IBM/HCL BigFix administration and be able to manage the full lifecycle of OS and application/software patches.

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle for OS and application/software patches
Develop and deploy custom Fixlets, Tasks, Baselines, Analyses, and Policies
Handle software distribution, OS deployment, and agent troubleshooting
Monitor dashboards, generate reports, support audits, and ensure security posture
Use scripting skills for routine tasks and workflows
Connect BigFix with AD, databases, SIEM/SOAR tools, and reporting platforms
Utilize analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
2+ years of experience in BigFix administration
Proficiency in PowerShell, Shell scripting, and ActionScript
Experience with software distribution, OS deployment, and agent troubleshooting
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
