Responsibilities

Subject matter expert for ZIA configuration and policy restructuring
Refine ZIA policies for improved security posture
Troubleshoot connectivity and policy enforcement issues
Provide architectural recommendations for Zscaler best practices

Qualifications

4+ years of Zscaler Internet Access experience
Strong background in policy configuration and SSL inspection
Proven experience with Azure AD and MFA integration
Excellent understanding of network protocols
