Looking for a Senior SRE to provide L2/L3 support for business-critical applications in the banking domain. Must have expertise in database, SQL, Linux, shell scripting, alert management, logs management, ITIL, and ITSM practices.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for business-critical applications
Manage incidents, problems, and changes in alignment with ITIL practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for application reliability
Write and optimize SQL queries across databases
Execute Linux commands for system monitoring
Configure and manage alerts for issue resolution
Analyze application and system logs
Apply ITIL principles in service operations
