Job Description

Assist the Closing department with pre-closing and quality control tasks to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders
Generate accurate disclosures and closing documents
Review loan files prior to closing
Assist with post-closing activities

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience in mortgage closing
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in mortgage industry software
