Job Description

Looking for a Bookkeeper with 5+ years of U.S. accounting experience. Must be detail-oriented and proficient in QuickBooks Online and Xero.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and credit cards
  • Record daily transactions in QuickBooks or Xero with 100% accuracy
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, and vendor payments
  • Collaborate with U.S. CPAs and finance managers

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of bookkeeping experience for U.S.-based companies
  • Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and Xero
  • Clear understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial workflows
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
