Job Description

Join PowerDMARC to help enterprise customers succeed on our email security platform. You will guide new customers from onboarding to measurable outcomes, explain technical topics in plain language, and coordinate with Support, Product, and Sales to remove blockers.

Responsibilities

Build and run our customer success program from onboarding through renewals
Keep customers happy through strong relationships, regular check-ins, and clear support
Guide adoption of our platform and make sure customers get long-term value
Track renewals, retention, and upsell opportunities

Qualifications

Clear, confident communication (written and spoken) in English
A customer-first mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills
Experience with SaaS platforms (bonus if you've worked remotely too)
Curiosity to dig into technical details and explain them simply
