Responsibilities

Resolve customer queries over chat
Identify customer needs and provide accurate information
Build strong relationships with customers
Meet sales targets and chat handling quotas

Qualifications

1+ year international chat experience
Proven customer support experience
35+ WPM typing speed with 90% accuracy
Excellent communication skills
