Job Description

Join BuzzyBooth to help clients succeed with our photo-booth-powered marketing automation platform.

Responsibilities

Guide new clients through onboarding and setup
Provide ongoing support to ensure clients are using BuzzyBooth effectively
Build relationships with clients and proactively check in on their goals
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with technical team when needed
Share client feedback with team to help improve the product
Identify upsell opportunities and help customers unlock more value
Gather testimonials and referrals

Qualifications

Prior customer success experience
Strong communication skills
Previous experience in customer success or account management
Tech-savvy and comfortable with SaaS platforms
Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts
