Responsibilities

Prepare detailed test execution reports.
Collaborate with teams to identify defects.
Apply ITIL best practices throughout testing.

Qualifications

5 years in software testing, 3 years in ServiceNow
Experience with automation tools and test management systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
