Job Description

Join our team as a Technical Support Engineer - Hardware and provide top-notch support to our international customers.

Responsibilities

Provide initial end user support for customers via phone, Chat or email as needed
Quickly identify trends, new issues and report them to management
Utilize product test equipment to reproduce user reported issues
Attend product and driver meetings as needed

Qualifications

At least 1 year of consumer technical support experience
Knowledge and experience with Windows operating system
Strong computer skills needed to research and diagnose problems
Exceptional follow-up and organizational skills
