Job Description

Implementing and configuring UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions, including timekeeping, scheduling, and absence management.

Responsibilities

Deploy and configure UKG Pro WFM modules
Work with clients to gather requirements
Develop custom reports and Data Views
Troubleshoot technical issues
Design and implement integrations with other systems
Develop and execute test plans
Mentor junior consultants

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Kronos/UKG Pro WFM Functional Consultant
UKG Pro WFM and/or UKG Pro Integration certifications preferred
Proficiency in UKG Pro WFM configuration
Experience with SQL and Dell Boomi desirable
Strong analytical and communication skills
