Job Description

Join Tech Mahindra as a Customer Support Associate (L2) to help customers with their queries over voice calls in English and Hindi. No planned leave for the first 3 months.

Responsibilities

Resolve customer queries over voice calls
Work between 09:00am to 09:00pm for any 10 hours
Ensure excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

Qualifications

Minimum HS Passed
Typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy
Customer orientation
