Job Description

Expariance in US mortgage underwriting, well versed with FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA guidelines. Good analytcal & prblem solving skills. Evaluate loan documents, credit reports, income calculation, asset verification, credit analysis.

Responsibilities

Evaluate loan documents and provide approval or denial decision
Review credit report and verify trade lines, derogatory accounts, public records
Calculate various types of income and review collateral and property valuation

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years underwriting experience in US Mortgage
Knowledge of US Residential mortgage and underwriting processes
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
