Responsibilities

Manage incoming phone calls & chat of US customers.
Handle customer complaints & provide solutions.
Keep records of customer interactions.
Identify & assess customer needs.
Provide accurate information.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills required.
Under Graduate/ Graduate both can apply.
Min. 6 months experience in international process.
