Seeking a senior leader to build and lead the Customer Success & Solutions function at a fast-scaling company.

Responsibilities

Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
Ensure smooth transitions and drive successful launches
Assess client satisfaction and resolve issues
Maintain open communication with clients
Translate client needs into action items
Create and maintain customer success repository
Get involved in various aspects of the business

Qualifications

4-6 years of startup or operational experience
Strong project management skills
Comfortable working in US time zones
Empathetic with customers and end-users
Entrepreneurial mindset and high ownership
Collaborative and proactive communication
