Job Description

Join Mitratech's team of technocrats in building world-class products for Legal, Risk, Compliance, and HR functions.

Responsibilities

Managed shared mailbox and route tasks to other team members
Coordinate and organize appeals related reference materials
Process invoice appeals within the specific requirements of client-specific processes
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible
Process invoices for importing within 1-2 business days of receipt

Qualifications

Education/training/experience in a legal related field preferable
Knowledge of legal terminology and legal practices (including hourly billing); thorough understanding of litigation process a plus
Knowledge or familiarity with Zendesk is preferred
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a strong commitment to team success
