Job Description

Account payable specialist is a key member of the international controllership team consisting of accounting, payroll, and accounts payable. Responsible for end-to-end accounts payable process for international legal entities.

Responsibilities

Perform invoice coding to the General Ledger
Apply invoices against POs
Prepare Payment Batches and payments
Follow up with invoice approvers
Coordinate with suppliers for payment delays
Audit expense claims
Highlight process improvements

Qualifications

2-5 years of I2P experience
Experience with Coupa NetSuite & Expensify
High-level understanding of VAT and GST
Excellent Excel skills
High numerical and analytical skills
Pro-active attitude
