Job Description

Looking for a Delivery Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in Telecom domain. Responsible for incident management, service restoration, and coordination with vendors.

Responsibilities

Single point of contact for major incident management
Drive service management calls and incident resolution
Provide ITIL process guidance
Track and drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) document preparation

Qualifications

10+ years experience in Application support/maintenance
ITIL 4 certification recommended
Strong understanding of business impact of incidents
Excellent communication and coordination skills
