Responsibilities

Assess nutritional needs using relevant tools and protocols to create unique user profiles
Create customized dietary, fitness, and wellness plans for patients
Educate, counsel, and motivate patients on necessary lifestyle changes

Qualifications

Health Coach with at least 1+ years of experience
Strong understanding of data-based nutrition and lifestyle management
