Seeking a BMC Remedy Support / Admin Support to join our team in Pune or Hyderabad. You will be responsible for supporting application health, performance, and capacity, while also engaging in development, automation, and business process improvement.

Responsibilities

Support application health, performance, and capacity
Assist in system design consulting and capacity planning
Collaborate with development and product teams for monitoring and alerting strategies

Qualifications

Coding experience in Java, Python, or Go
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Maven
