Handle inbound calls and chats from US customers
Resolve customer queries and concerns via chat or call
Meet customer satisfaction targets and quality standards

Qualifications

Atleast 6 months of experience in International customer care/BPO
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple chats at a time
Ability to work in night shifts (rotational)
