Job Description

Lead our 24/7 remote data entry specialist team. Manage 15-30 remote specialists across three shifts to ensure accurate, timely form submissions.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and train new remote data entry specialists
  • Monitor accuracy rates (98%+ target), response times, and entries per hour
  • Create and maintain 24/7 schedules with full coverage across all shifts
  • Supervise remote specialists, conduct performance reviews, handle escalations
  • Implement QC processes, conduct audits, ensure 15-minute submission deadlines are met

Qualifications

  • 3+ years managing remote data entry or customer service teams
  • Experience with remote teams and 24/7 operations
  • Proven track record meeting KPIs in high-volume environments
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Excellent English communication
