Job Description

Rising Fund is seeking a Senior Crypto Trader & Investment Analyst to partner with the Fund Principal in driving trading strategies, research, and portfolio execution.

Responsibilities

Execute trades across CEXs and DeFi venues with precision and risk discipline.
Actively deploy capital across DeFi strategies to generate yield while managing risk.
Identify and execute directional trades based on fundamental, on-chain, and technical signals.
Conduct in-depth research on protocols, tokens, and sectors to identify asymmetric opportunities.

Qualifications

5-7 years in trading, investment research, or portfolio management.
Proven experience in DeFi strategies and directional crypto trading.
Strong knowledge of market microstructure, execution workflows, and risk management.
Advanced degree in finance, economics, or related field preferred.
